BeiGene to acquire from Ensem Therapeutics an Investigational New Drug (IND) application-ready oral cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) inhibitor.

We are excited to work with Ensem to bring this molecule into the clinic in the near future.” Under the terms of the agreement, Ensem will receive an upfront payment, and will be eligible for additional payments upon the achievement of certain development, regulatory, and commercial milestones, totaling up to $1.33 billion, in addition to tiered royalties.
